Since it's May which means it's Mental Health Awareness month I decided to research some "exercises" that can help us stay mentally healthy.

6 keys:

  • The benefit of making your bed.
  • Why journaling can be beneficial for your "mentals"
  • Exercise to get your endorphins going
  • Hot sauna or hot bath
  • Start to prepare yourself for the next day or week
  • Make sure to get your vitamin D (Get outside)
