The Path of most resistance

The path of least resistance could be beneficial in some environments, but when it comes to personal development I believe this way of thinking can set you back. If you're trying to become the best version of yourself, trust me, the road will get bumpy. Self-doubt, looking at the skeletons in your closet, guilt, relationships, bad decision, mental roadblocks are all things that we need to examine and find solutions for ourselves. This path is long, bumpy, and full of resistance.

The question is, do you have the character to take this path. Just a heads up..it's hard and could be lonely.
