My guest this week is Max Artsis. Max is the Performance strategy & athlete experience director at Tonal. has been training athletes for over a decade. He specializes in not only getting his athletes physically ready for their upcoming season or event but also mentally ready. He has had the privilege of working with prospects getting ready for the Olympics and NFL combine as well as NBA, MLB & NCAA athletes.
