Jared Kleinert | Networking secrets from the most connected Millennial in America

My guest this week is Jared Kleinert. He is the founder of Meeting of the Minds. Jared started his first business at 15 and later became one of the first 10 employees for an enterprise SaaS company called 15Five, where he worked under “The Most Connected Man You Don’t Know In Silicon Valley” according to Forbes.

At 18, he became one of the youngest signed authors of a business book in MacMillan’s 175+ year history as one of the elite publishing houses, and soon published two award-winning books profiling hundreds of the world’s smartest and most talented Millennials. That same year, he began his own marketing consulting firm after landing #1 NYT bestselling author Keith Ferrazzi (former CMO of Deloitte and author of Never Eat Alone) as his first-ever client.

In this episode we discuss:

  • What millennials want
  • The power of having a podcast
  • How to choose mentors
  • Connect with yourself before connecting with others
  • How experimenting with your career is a good thing
  • Finding your zone of genius
  • How to put together a relationship action plan
